Romeo & Juliet Workshop Co-Hosted with Monday Nights Theater Co
We are so excited to be co-hosting this incredible workshop with Monday Nights Theater Company! Dip your toes into performing the words & world of William Shakespeare! This class is for anyone from beginners, who have never tested their mettle with the Bard, to familiars, who just want to relish in some sweet iambs. Taught by visiting Los Angeles performers and veritable Shakespeare Nerds, Taylor Jackson Ross & Kristina Mueller, this workshop includes:
- an ever-so-brief contextualization of the time Shakespeare was writing in and the people he was writing for
- a few theatre warm-ups for body & voice
- work & play with 2 pieces of text, one from a Shakespearean comedy, one from a tragedy

Simone (Countdown; The Red Rob Roy Show).
